“I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least.”

“Was here overnight, so could not even see the Spa or Pool. However property was nice, staff was great. Jonathan was able to arrange for the room to have separate beds. Room fixtures were great, the breakfast splendid. Location turned out to be next to the 'Presidio' which I recommend you visit to understand Ushuaia.”

“Good breakfast, view, and rooms. Because of that I didn’t give a 1 star. What really set me off was that I got charged $100 for getting the towels a little dirty to where it would only take a single wash cycle to clean! “Ohh it’s part of the contract which we have but don’t have anyone read”. Which is for obvious reasons of course. I’m not going here again because of the lack of transparency on how they overcharge for insignificant “damages”! Did cause $100usd in damages in making a towel dirty?...
